- Rwanda Boneza Coffee Ltd. Elaborated the concept note for the implementation of a skills development training for professionals in the coffee industry in Rwanda's Kinunu District.

Consultant to support Bank,'s Energy Portfolioin Rwanda.Key functions were : i ) Advise and assist the task manager in reviewing and provide sector expertise for quality assurance in preparation of requests proposals and tender documents, ii) carrying out all regular portofolio activities, supervision of all procurement and disbursment activitity related to the Bank's energy sector projects, adress all blocages in project exécution using the Bank portofolio Dashboard as monitoring tool iii) prepare and drafting the nécessaire bank s response to the Executing Agency and Governement requestiv)review the back and forward- looking Joint Sector Reports in line with the sector achievements and expectations, review the technical sectors document and coordinate with the stakeholders of the Technical working Group as well as v)coordinate Joint sector Reports inputs from other Development Parteners in preparation for Joint discussions with Governement .

Souk Atamnia is a regional programme for North African countries providing finance and non-financial services to young entrepreneurs. It established a platform (public-private sectors, academia, research) for stakeholders in job creation, innovation and entreneurship development.- Lead resource mobilization for entrepreneurship projects in Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt- Extensively organize the Bank's contribution in the creation of networks and partnerships in Entrepreneurship development with key partners: ILO, World Bank, DFID, Danish Cooperation and USAID

- Manage and oversee the Social Protection and Poverty Reduction Division at AfDB- Dialogue with governments and design projects in the area of social protection, employment, entrepreneurship and social inclusion in African countries.Some highlights of my work:- Lead a multi-sectorial team to elaborate a quick responses on the Arab Spring Upset through political reform program to reduce skills mismatch and promote Entrepreneurship, employability and social inclusion. This led to a drop from 25 to 18% unemployment rate and an increment budget from 80 to 245 million Dinars Tunisian dedicated to regional disparities reduction in Tunisia.- Successfully increased portfolio from UA 200 million to UA 650 million within 16 months of assumption of role and improve the portfolio quality from 55% to 95% rate of satisfied operations

- Improved basic services delivery and Income generating activities for 48 million people, concentrating on vulnerable population in post-conflict countries: Burundi ( 2008), Cote D’Ivoire (2007), Angola (2004), Chad (1999), Central African Republic (2000), DRC (2004)- Successfully implemented 6 operations in post conflicts countries amounting to 200 million UA to support recovery and rehabilitation programs in country in transition ( Angola, Chad, Burundi, Djibouti, DRC, Liberia, CAR)- Developed technical tools to mainstream job creation and social service delivery efficiency in infrastructure projects in Cameroon, Chad, Burundi, Rwanda and Morocco;- Managed multilateral trust funds on demobilization and socio-economic reinsertion in collaboration with WB, GIZ, DFID and other bilateral cooperation agencies.

As a Task team leader, I :- Appraised 12 projects amounting to 250 million UA in the fields of employment creation, micro-business development, vulnerable group and demobilized soldiers in fragile countries (Angola, chad , Burundi, Rwanda, Sao Tome & Principe, Chad, Cabo Verde, Burundi and Cameroun)- Collaborated and initiated engagement with central governments to implement public policies aimed at reducing socio-economic equalities, promote gender equity and income generating activities.- Supervised and contributed to PRSP (Poverty Reduction Strategic Paper) in member states and provided country's strategic papers to division /departments with technical advice on post-conflict issues.

As Director General, I :- Coordinated the design of the national economic recovery programme - Coordinated donors' intervention and bilateral cooperation - Lead resource mobilization for post-conflict reconstruction and socio-economic recoverySome of my work highlights include:- The elaboration of key socio-economic indicators for regional disparities and population variables in national development plan.- Facilitating the mainstreaming of gender and social protection dimensions in national and sectorial strategies.
