We are an underground utilities company specializing in new subdivisions. I am Project Manager. I meet with developers and work with engineers on making sure the job gets installed as planned. If not, we come up with a solution that helps the developer finish his job with the least amount of additional cost. Analyze plans to insure that all costs are accounted for in our bid. We are a sister company to RPMx Construction which allows us to partner with RPMx in TURNKEY projects. This gives us an advantage to get into the job early and get out quick without losing QUALITY of work.

• Work directly with Oil and Gas companies to forecast and plan tools needed to successfully complete the well• Make sure all necessary tools are delivered on time • Receive pipe tally from the Company Man and calculate data to determine tool location in the string and make sure all necessary casing is present on-site• Run casing tools such as floatation collars, DV tools, and open-hole packers• Ensure casing reaches desired depth and cementing process is completed per PROG provided by the oil company

• Work directly with all customers and oil companies to ensure that frac plugs and cementing tools are used and placed in desired locations• Work in conjunction with onsite consultants to resolve any issues or irregular well behavior• Build circulating sleeves, pump-out plugs, shear-out safety joints, over shot, blanking plugs, check valves, and frac plugs while ensuring they meet all standards and safety regulations • Administer Quality Assurance on all tools• Onsite Evaluation of any issues that occurred during the fracturing process to determine the cause of the malfunction and provide a solution
