• Responsible for any communication with customers through social media or anything else unless it needs higher assistance. • Main/First point of contact for all territory managers, shop managers & store level employees. Also create job posts & hire these employees through Indeed.• Responsible for Administration & oversight of 17 social media pages in the U.S.• Place all Chevron Oil orders & approve AutoZone orders for the 17 locations.• Answer all phone calls received in office including customers, vendors & franchisees to solve the problem or put them in contact with the person they’re looking for if it cannot be resolved by myself.

As Secretary of my fraternity, I design and create posts for the social media accounts that I run for the fraternity. I organize and help plan events ahead of time for the fraternity, including having to make sure everyone is available at the right times. Helped design and find shirts for the fraternity to buy and wear.

Learned the entire lunch and changing dinner menus to prep, cook, and serve food when it was ordered. I helped the boss understand new ways to price items and serve food. Helped take invoices in the morning to make sure every item was there. Open the restaurant by myself, turn on every piece of equipment, prepare the food for the day and some of the week, and then begin cooking once the time hits.

At a line cook job for Mission BBQ over the summer, I would take orders and be told the important information from the manager of the back of the house and be the main line cook that helped get the food to whoever the expo was at the time. I was also trusted by my boss to work most of the busiest days in the restaurant including almost every weekend as well. I learned how to manage my time well when being put under pressure due to working the busiest days there and it helped me feel more comfortable in high-intensity moments.

Learned to add, remove, and edit software on computers and laptops.Had to rewire the computers and reorganize the cables in the computer classrooms.Move up to 40lb's at a time.
