Responsible for daily AP related activities of ASEAN & Oceania - Process PO and non-PO invoices, freight invoices, and day-to-day transaction processingthru Inspyrus with compliance of proper supporting.- Process checking and approve pre-coded invoices, including those with and without a purchase order. - Audit employee claim on Oracle Internet Expense and ensure all the expense arecompliance with the global policy or local policy.- Perform payment to Supplier/Staff reimbursement according to AP Payment schedule.- Manage Payment Posting Process including verifying errors and perform resolutions, also act as a liaison to the client. - Perform bank reconciliation by weekly/monthly to ensure all the transaction has beenbooked in system.- Liaise with Branch Accountant to ensure transaction are accurately perform and clearingof accounts are made into GL.- Perform AP monthly closing and cut off invoice & payment in timely manner to support3day close project.- Assist in development of best practices related to standardization, automation, global initiatives and continuous improvement activities.- Coordinate with Business Analyst team for global project such as AP Automation Inspyrus,Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) Oracle, Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud(ARCS), Vertex Tax user testing, Fixed Asset AP module Test.

Account Payable (Indirect)- To process all non-PO invoices, utilities, statutory payment and day-today transactionprocessing.- Perform Inter-company payment- Liaise with buyers, shipping and external supplier to focus on resolution of account payablediscrepancies and problematic issues.- Perform Staff Claim Audit matching receipt within company policy and reimburse back toemployee.- Prepare Corporate credit card payment and perform audit & matching receipts with claimsubmitted.- Assist Finance Controller ad-hoc task for Interim Audit for Financial ReportTreasury- Prepare Quarterly & Monthly cash flow forecast.- Monitor daily incoming & outgoing funds to ensure sufficient funds available for on-goingoperation.- Perform daily cash reconciliation for weekly cashflow report.- Reserved special FX rates from banker for AP payment for foreign currencies.- Monitors available funds for overnight placement (REPO) for different bank and maximizethe interest rate for the company.- Maintaining with bank relationship manager to keep update on daily indicative exchangerates- Liaise with bankers for the company banking facilities such as Bankers Acceptance – Sales(BA-Sales), Revolving Credit (RC), Banker Guarantee (BG), Multi-Option Loan (MOL) andetc- Monitor the all the bank’s banker acceptances maturity dates to ensure cash flow supportfor on-going operation.
