I currently work for Orme Farms as a fourth generation farming partner. I work as a fifth generation partner on my Grandfathers farm, RHO Farms. I actively farm alongside my two Uncles and my Father at Orme Farms. I work heavily in the area of data management for our farms. We currently use RTK technology for planting and harvest application and precision planting equipment. I have also brought the use of data management platforms like Climate Pro for field health imaging, scripting, and yield analysis. We currently also use Farmers Business Network for bench marking performance measure. We use technologies such as variable rate seeding, VRT fertilizer application, and grid sampling.My grandfather and I also partner on a 90 head cow calf operation. We believe in this diversification strategy that has been in our family for generations. I believe that we have a strong team of farming partners and bring a great passion for agriculture to the table. We do a great job farming and I am very proud to be a part of this team.

Collaborate closely with the Livestock and Production/Environment team to evaluate and implement programs to benefit farmers. I implement producer education and economic development education programs for livestock as well as help educate producers and other organizations environmental best management practices for production and environment. Above all we are to make sure there are avenues for Indiana corn and soybeans to be marketed. Our programs are backed by our elected farmer Board of Directors.

I had an amazing opportunity to travel to Okoboji, IA and work with Nick Frohardt of Kruger Seeds. During this time we developed reference materials for dealers, completed a summer's worth of customer feedback, and actively engaged customers to meet their needs. This was a time of personal growth, reflection, and was an adventure throughout.
