• Assist other IT team members in producing internal documentation and maintaining existing HowTo documentation• Address technical issues identified by an internal Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) system• Asset Management administrating computers, software and licenses to current systems• Assist in onboarding an asset management tool• Work with Network Engineering staff to resolve networking issues, set-up portals, connect to switch or firewalls, ensure effective networking operations, maintenance and support.• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software• Ensure each workstation has necessary equipment needed and any additional specialized equipment to support productivity• Ensure that operations and equipment are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and rules• Use software tools for computer management and remote access• Configures and supports workstations for team members• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications and services on Microsoft operating systems• Monitor and maintain a centralized help desk ticketing system, involving network and user support requests• Troubleshoot tech issues, in person and remotely, including help desk operations and deskside support
