Ctalk Head of QA Primary Responsibilities:Telecommunications distribution and monitoring software testing management.- QA process implementation with Excel, Jira then TFS and Azure Devops.- Project issue/feature tracking from comprehensive reporting or specification with supporting documents to resolution deployment and confirmation. - Software testing activities (design, plan, script) and execution (configure, run, report) throughout SDLC, initial specification to daily builds then support.- Automation of test suites using Selenium, Cypress and now Playwright.- Familiar with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Electron and PowerShell.- QA environment configuration using physical and virtual devices.- QA and company staff training for QA processes and product knowledge.- Project documentation for internal technical manuals and external customer guides.- Represent QA at bi-weekly management and weekly department meetings with CEO, Support and Network teams, Project and Customer Managers, Developers, UI and Website designers.- Coordinated with in-office, remote and cross-time zone colleagues.
