• Enthusiastically leads the Innovation Planning team, coaches for improved performance, fosters personnel development and drives key departmental goals and objectives.• Owns demand planning process and associated KPI’s, analytics for new products ensuring documentation of ongoing forecast assumptions, new or changing assumptions throughout each S&OP Demand cycle by gaining cross-functional alignment. Additionally, owns development of rapidly changing and dynamic demand scenarios incorporating assumptions and intel from across the organization.• Oversees performance objectives and reports Key Performance Indicators for Innovation Planning such as Forecast Error & Bias, OTIF (service), inventory target attainment, plan quality, product availability, etc.• Oversight of demand and supply scenarios to support the core and executive teams in the determination of the most cost effective route to market while helping to determine any gaps or misalignment's in supply & demand and working with all of the cross-functional teams to close gaps and mitigate any risk to servicing consumer demand. • Collects, Reports and Presents Innovation Complexity Assessments & Risk Mitigation Strategies to multiple layers of the business up to the Executive team.• Works with Sr. Manager, Sales, Operations and Innovation Planning, peers and team to identify opportunities to improve the Innovation Planning process and drives process improvement initiatives to successful completion.• Facilitates working Innovation Meetings with a cross functional team on Innovation Launch Reviews and Forecast Transitions to Demand Planning.

• Processes daily sample orders in a timely manner• Works closely with Warehouse and Marketing to ensure order accuracy and completion• Responsible for various month end duties including reconciling of open sample orders• Contributes to ship confirmation of Sazerac orders• Point person for ongoing SKU clean-up• Supports additional departments in completing a variety of tasks
