I was the original base for the Companies Procurement Department which is now responsible for subcontracted service providers, managing supplier relationships, analysing delivery, ensuring KPIs and savings are met within the group on indirect purchasing.Invovled in negotiating the majority of major group supply contracts including utilities, print, cleaning, valeting, installation of AV equipment, IT WAN and hosting as well as the groups telecoms.I am the telecoms ‘champion’ within the group approving all monthly spend on land communications and mobiles.Reporting to directors regarding areas of possible financial saving, additional income and improvement of current processes - reporting a saving of excess of £1 million in 2009.

Management of services for the group including 20 other locations.Also dealing with utilities contracts.
