Organizing and hosting food and culture-related experiences and retreats utilizing and recently remodeled 250+ year old 'kominka' (traditional agri-lifestyle family home) at Brown's Field. With the 'kominka' serving as a base, physical platform for programs and operation, I also coordinate and host visits, tours, and programs surrounding local food and producers in and around the greater Isumi region and Boso Peninsula.

Consulting on and developing programs rooted in and/or based upon Japan's local resources, cultural, and communities. Serving as an intermediary and planner bringing together local business and producers, together with government, as well as large-scale businesses, in order to develop new projects, business, and value.Major projects include:- Organization and managements of JLIC (Japan Local Innovators Committee)- Agri-management and business development education program overseas for farmers/producers of Tohoku (northern Japan).- Organizing, instructing, and managing local to Tokyo, as well as local to international branding and project development courses with local and international communities through 'Morning University of Marunouchi.'- Local food travel project and content development with connection to rural tourism R&D and local brand development through 'Nippon Travel Restaurant.'- Local tourism model development and branding for Japan National Parks in collaboration with Japan's Ministry of Environment.

Bringing Japanese cuisine and food culture to the international stage through events, education, B to B support systems and planning. Served as ground operations director during initial stage launch in Milan, Italy, coinciding the Expo Milano 2015. Continued to work with individual producers, businesses, and local regions as an adviser and consultant as the Peace Kitchen organization and related projects further developed both in Japan (Peace Kitchen - Niigata) and overseas (Spain, UK).

Project management for multi-language translation and localization projects, specializing in video games (all major consoles, PC, mobile), and manga (digital), as well as an array of specialized industry web sites, BtoB materials, and publications.Developed the PLAYISM game distribution and publishing platform, serving as project director and head of developer relations together with a small internal team, bringing the project from concept through launch and execution. Developed in order to bring top-level independent games from Japan to the global stage, while bringing independent games from across the globe to Japan, assisting Japanese developers, publishers, and market influencers in re-establishing their position and exploring their untapped potential on the international stage.
