My name is Justin "Tino" Ramirez. I am a part-time MBA student at UCLA Anderson School of Management. I am a proud Dominican American. I am passionate about equity, diversity, inclusion, and immigrants' rights. I love technology and building strong, scalable solutions that delight end-users, both internal and external. I use my problem solving and analytical skills to craft wonderful experiences for those of all backgrounds. I am certified in multiple enterprise technical applications: Salesforce, Zendesk, and Monday.com.I am obsessed with traveling, learning other cultures, and learning languages. My worldview and perspective have been broadened by my travels to the following countries and territories: United States (29 states), Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Mexico, El Salvador, the Bahamas, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Spain, Italy, Greece, Montenegro, the Netherlands, France, Poland, Andorra, Denmark, and Sweden. I hope to use the perspective that I bring from these experiences and from my own culture to enrich the lives of others. By learning languages (currently working on French), I have developed the skill of identifying trends and patterns, which translates into uncovering trends in business data, and using those inferences to make sound decisions. Language learning has also helped strengthen my problem solving skills, as I work through various troubleshooting scenarios in various technical applications in my current role.On my off days, you can catch me at the beach, playing tennis, finding a new global cuisine to try, planning my next trip, or attempting to understand the French language by immersing myself in French Netflix shows.
