Primary focus was on user testing and design of an all-new flagship Big Ass Fans app (iOS & Android), as well as other software and hardware products. Worked very closely with software engineers to implement UI/UX designs, learning the software development flow in the process. Advocated for, and ultimately succeeded in, getting UX research officially included at every stage of hardware and software development, companywide. Shipped the all-new Big Ass Fans app, which has a 4.8 rating on the iOS App Store and a 4.7 rating on the Google Play Store, as of 06/2024.
