As a Mechanical Engineering Officer in the Australian Army, Justin has extensive leadership and management experience in technical sustainment, command and staff appointments. His staff apointments include leading formation and division logistics and sustainment planning. His technical appointments have focused on reliability analysis of military land vehicles and equipment, where he has proven his expertise in technical sustainment for the G-Wagon, PMV Bushmaster, Rhinemaetal medium-heavy truck fleet and, most recently, the Boxer Combat Reconnaissance Vehicle. Justin's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with first class honours, where he focused his studies on designing and building automated systems for space applications. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Science in Reliability Engineering from the University of Maryland (Washington D.C). Justin maintains status as a Chartered Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia [MIEAust CPEng NER APEC Engineer IntPE(Aus)].
