I Interned as an HR Operations intern at iTech AG. Focused on drafting and creating new practices for different services and processes, as well as creating and refining new contracts for customers. Processes included New Hireand NDA processes. Helped define ISO and GSA Practices. Helped Created online W2 and W4 Files for all Employees. Worked directly with Vice President of Finance and Operations for HR department New Hire Process.I am currently an Area Manager Intern i’m Jacksonville, Florida. I am working on multiple projects that have to do with conveyor efficiency, robin, and DEI and i’m looking forward to adding more operations knowledge.
