I have been working in the Conversation AI space during my time at Microsoft. First I was part of the Azure Bot Framework team, creating the foundation of most Conversational AI offerings at Microsoft. Then, as part of the Power Virtual Agents team giving tools to developers and non-developers to create world class Conversational AI built on Azure Bot Framework. My team was responsible for the rebuilding of the PVA engine to support additional growth and improve customer success. As part of this process I created a parity test framework to ensure existing functionality was only improved and never regressed.Now I am working on Dynamics 365 Customer Care as a Service’s OmniChannel service, one of Microsoft's fastest growing offerings.

I worked in Steelcase's Smart and Connected division. We created IoT devices to improve the workplace such as room sensors and smart scheduling displays. I did a little UI work, giving our users the ability to remotely manage and configure their devices. I also worked on the backend, creating the services need to communicate with those devices.

Planned, developed, and implemented an HL7 engine that ran off customizable configuration files. This engine, written in C# with a MySql database, was responsible for the transfer of critical information from numerous Practice Management Systems and Lab Vendor Systems.
