Oversee and manage day to day operations as well as forecast and plan future projects and remote job sites. I am also responsible for overseeing and maintaining accounting records pertinent to all substantial transactions. Scrutinizing monthly and yearly expenditures have also become a priority due to lack of prior cost/value comparisons. I also maintain all necessary accreditations for the Adaptive Mobility Equipment industry include but not limited to BraunAbility Certified Sales and Service Technician, EMC Aevit 2.0 Certified Technician/Installer, Vantage Mobility International Certified Technician, and Bruno Independent Living Aids Technician. It has become my job to ensure the quality and integrity of all adaptive equipment installed for our customers. At the same time, I am constantly developing my own mechanical and electrical modifications/improvements to products currently available on the market. It has become my goal to create new and innovative solutions to adapt vehicles for people with disabilities, where as others have failed to see or develop a need/solution. I strive to not only provide the safest products, but also to seamlessly integrate adaptive controls into vehicles using current or new innovative methods. When others say that it can't be done, I find an innovative and revolutionary way of doing it.
