As the Membership Services Director at the Tahoe Chamber it is my responsibility to establish, cultivate and nurture relationships with business leaders in the South Shore Community. As a bi-state chamber of commerce, it is essential to our success that we keep our businesses informed on issues that will directly impact the South Shore. A major source of contention in our jurisdiction is redevelopment and new development throughout Lake Tahoe. It is my duty to meet with community organizations such as the Board of Douglas County Commissioners and Tahoe Transportation District to ensure that the general public is educated on the projects that will directly impact our community and economy. My ability to deliver clear communication to our membership allowed me to achieve a retention rate 10% higher than the national average in 2015 and 2016.

As a Digital Marketing Manager I gained direct experience in proprietary audience development, content strategy, social media marketing, and corporate communications. Along with my team, I oversaw and managed the daily content strategy and paid digital advertising for multiple clients. My ability to learn the unique attributes of our clients and effectively create and communicate their messages through numerous online platforms allowed our clients to see dramatic increases in their online presence.

As a Sales and Marketing Manager I have gained over 4 years of 
experience in sales, marketing, distribution and corporate communications. Along with my team, I oversaw and managed the sales and distribution to over 300 separate accounts across the United States. My ability to effectively communicate and manage these accounts has allowed me to become the top sales person in the company for the past 4 years. It is because of this track record of success that my company selected me to manage and open a new facility and distribution center in a new market.

As a Public Relations Project Coordinator, I managed the daily social media for several high profile clients, including celebrities, musicians, multi-national corporations, regional sporting events and local businesses. It was also my responsibility to create and distribute press releases, establish media relations and communicate with high level executives on a daily basis. My most recent public relations campaign led to a 40% sales increase for our client at the Pacific Dental Conference in Vancouver, British Columbia.

As the Sales Manager at Carmel Stone Imports, I oversaw and managed the sales and marketing to over 300 corporate accounts across the United States. As the #1 sales person in the company for 4 consecutive years, I averaged over $1.5 million dollars in annual sales.

As a caddie at Pebble Beach Golf Links, my job was to ensure that all guests experienced the golf round of a lifetime. Customer satisfaction was always my number one goal and after several successful years on the course, I became one of most requested caddies at Pebble Beach.
