Transaction Coordinator on The Derek Wetzel Team.

Responsibilities include reviewing loan applications and disclosures for accuracy, assess and verify applicant employment, income, credit background and financial data, and complete all necessary order outs of required documentation, including but not limited to, title/property docs, escrow closing information, employment and rent verification, and VA/FHA certificates, required to meet compliance with investor/industry guidelines, before submission to underwriting. Great focus is kept of keeping close communication and follow up with loan officers and/or their assistants to construct quality files, relate any missing or required documents/info needed for submission, and gather post-underwriting conditions in a timely manner to ensure closing in accordance to contract terms.

Duties and specialties include collecting and inputting data into loan production software, ordering and reviewing credit reports, reviewing incoming loan documents and client documents for completion and compliance, verifying fulfillment of industry and lender requirements for purchase, review income and asset documents, perform processing duties and order outs, escrow/title/appraisal orders, assist with all other loan officer duties as needed.
