Our team works together to fill orders in the Jasco Distribution Center. I manually prioritize the work by shipping time. Our team works long hours to ensure the completed pallets make it on the trailer by the scheduled ship time. I use my high energy and knowledge of the job to increase productivity and engagement.

With the growth of the company, we acquired a new warehouse. As a seasonal supervisor, I was tasked with developing standard operating procedures for each department. training and developing team members, certifying forklift drivers, and organizing inventory. This year-long process was finished in 6 months and the remote warehouse is operating smoothly with the procedures I helped put in place. Once the warehouse was up and running my seasonal supervisor position was terminated and I returned to the main distribution center to take on a larger leadership role.

My first job as a success coach was to develop training and SOP's for every job type in the distribution center, This included onboarding for new hires, safety, and motorized equipment certifications. Once the onboarding and training were complete for the new hires I would continue to work with them through their introductory period. My main goal as a success coach was to lead and develop team members to help them achieve their goals. While in this position I created games and events to drive engagement, production, and raise morale.
