I would call different contractors to get bids for all the different aspects of the job. Have job site safety meetings, schedule all contractors to be on site at the appropriate time to ensure the job was either on or ahead of schedule. Meetings with developers, architects, inspectors, and city officials to make sure all areas of the job were covered.

Assumed responsibility for the job sites I was on. I was in control of the completion of the job withlittle or no errors to go back to repair. Keeping the other members of my crew busy by making surethere was always something on the roof to do. Also I was in charge of measuring the jobs to be doneand figuring materials needed list to be ordered

As an agent for Farmers Insurance my duties were to make sure I had a strong sales team to be ableto accomplish my goals. Training, discipline, long hours, and dedication is what I used to make mysales team effective. I believe in lots of training for all of the new producers for the agency, as wellas continuing training for all of the currently employed producers. Quality customer service is alsoa major part of my job description; making sure clients are happy and ensuring their stay with ouragency was the goal.
