880 MW Jasper County Power ProjectCoordinated, supervised and performed the Mechanical and Operational commissioning activities, including preoperational checks, outage planning, performance testing, startups, shutdowns, and steady state operation of the plant. Performed the initial HRSG cleanings which consisted of an EDTA cleaning. The major plant equipment consisted of (3) GE 7FA combustion turbines with DLN 2.6 controlled by GE Mark VI and (1) Alstom/ABB single reheat Steam Turbine, (3) Nooter Erikson triple pressure HRSG's with reheat and Coen duct burners, and (1) GEA 12 cell cooling tower. The BOP was controlled by Westinghouse DCS.

1750 MW Forney Power ProjectCoordinated, supervised and performed the Mechanical and Operational commissioning activities, including preoperational checks, outage planning, performance testing, startups, shutdowns, and steady state operation of the plant. Interfaced with vendors to evaluate and troubleshoot equipment. Coordinated interdisciplinary activities on systems. Implemented and administered the Lock Out program. Assisted with the steam blow planning and execution. The major plant equipment consisted of (6) GE 7FA combustion turbines with DLN 2.6 controlled by GE Mark VI and (2) Toshiba reheat Steam Turbines, (6) Aalborg triple pressure HRSG's with reheat and Forney duct burners, and (2) GEA 11 cell cooling towers. The BOP was controlled by Westinghouse DCS.

880 MW OxyChem Taft Cogeneration ProjectCoordinated, supervised and performed the initial plant start up of the 3 on 1 configured plant. Interfaced with vendors to evaluate and troubleshoot equipment problems. Evaluated and developed action plans on plant performance issues. Trained owner plant personnel as to the safe operation, performance limitations and preventative maintenance duties within the plant. Also, performed the operation of the water demineralizer. The major plant equipment consisted of (3) GE 7FA combustion turbines with DLN 2.6, (1) GE Super High Flow single shaft with reheat D11 Steam Turbine, and (3) Aalborg triple pressure HRSG's with reheat and Coen duct burners. Water plant consisted of an Aquatech Demineralizer and Mixbeds. GE equipment was controlled by the Mark V PLC and all balance of plant equipment was controlled by a Honeywell DCS.

1000 MW Moss Landing Power Plant ProjectCoordinated, supervised and performed the commissioning and initial plant start up. Authored the plant lock and tag procedure and administered the LOTO program throughout the project. Solely responsible for the commissioning, operating and training on the gas compressors. The major plant equipment consisted of (4) GE 7FA combustion turbines, (2) GE D11 single reheat steam turbines, (4) Alstom/ABB triple pressure HRSG's with reheat, and (3) Atlas Copco Centrifugal Gas Compressors. All GE equipment was controlled by a GE Mark VI PLC and all balance of plant equipment was controlled by a Foxboro DCS.

Responsible for the Day-to-Day operation of a production line. Implemented GMP's to improve Safety, Quality, Yield, and Volume. Trained plant operations personnel to improve upon plant safety, quality, yield and volume. Also, helped coordinate all maintenance activities which included major outage planning within the production unit. Assumed the plant supervisor role in his/her absence. Provided support for the implementation of the SAP system. Helped with the data collection and implementation of (2) Six Sigma projects
