Spare Parts Sales Specialist Secure and prepare all spare parts purchase orders through distributing partners, communicate as well as analyze weekly/monthly sales reports and sales goals, coordinate monthly sales forecast and work closely with our operations team to schedule delivery of products to distributors. Handle all day to day administrative responsibilities which includes production meetings, preparing and coordinating all domestic parts shipments and creating packing slips for orders, documenting all parts returns and preparing RMA's, handle all correspondence within Commercial distribution chain and work with 30 plus sales representatives across the US, work closely with shipping/receiving to make sure parts ship out correctly and on time, work closely with marketing on product updates and trade shows, work closely with accounting to make sure payments are processed correctly.LE Training CoordinatorCreate yearly training schedule for all Domestic Law Enforcement training courses and coordinate shipments of inventory to class locations around the US.-Manage team of 6 instructors and coordinate logistics.-Handle all enrollment and correspondence regarding the Law Enforcement training program courses.-Handle department budget and all expenses associated with the department and instructors.-Prepare sales orders and handle all data entry surrounding the program.-Work closely with accounting to get payments processed as well as Marketing on course material.-Responsible for all inventory and compliance associated with the training program.
