Growing up I wanted to be a lot of things: a cartoonist, an illustrator, a writer, a fine artist, a teacher, a leader. The adults I looked up to hailed me as a young creative but encouraged me to be pragmatic. How could I then be all of these things? How could I simply pick one? As it turns out, I didn't have to. It was brought to my attention that marketing encompasses all of these skills (and more) in order to function cohesively. Through my formal education at Southern Connecticut State University, I was able to gain more knowledge into the analytical and qualitative components to the field. Enthralled by the academic side to studying business marketing functions, I joined the AMA collegiate on campus where I began to apply what I was learning to tangible projects. Beyond that, I've managed to incorporate these skills into my life whether it was at work or in my personal endeavors.~Some things I'm proud of~-My website!
