This includes disconnecting high voltage power whips from bus, ATS, network devices, ethernet, and fiber in trays or conduits. One-Way door approach used frequently.• Ensure all customer sensitive material bearing media, including Integrated Circuit in network devices, are destroyed before removal of racks from each Data Center property per client's SLA.

• Audit Data Center sites to ensure sensitive material are stored correctly and kept locked with matching serial numbers per the client SLA .• Manage Data Center Operation duties on days the manager is absent. This includes a small team of around 5 people.• Execute and resolve Data Center Operation projects and higher severity or client cut tickets.• Maintain integrity of networking racks and other high blast radius hardware.

• Maintain records of each data center site's host or network device's issue via automated ticketing system, BOOST.• Troubleshoot and repair the client's hardware which include but is not limited to... CPU, RAM, GPU, Drives, Motherboard, NIC, SAS/NVMe/SATA Controllers, Risers, Cables, Power Supplies, etc.• Repair and troubleshoot via SSH on Out-of-Bound the client's software such as RAMDisk, BIOS, OS installation, Device's COAP, or TCP/IP settings.• Execute and verify the client's LSA is up-held to the highest standards.
