Currently a Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor within Cargill's animal nutrition division. Previously I worked as a Maintenance supervisor with International Paper North America Container facility in Austin Minnesota. Managing the daily operation of technicians and inventory within the maintenance department. Assist in coordinating the daily work for our team, and preventative maintenance of equipment throughout the facility. Prior to International Paper, supervised the repair shop at Metal Services in Blooming Prairie. I assisted technicians with daily repair and fabrication. Also worked with new and existing customers in quoting and invoicing repair and fabrication work. Worked off-site on fabrication and installation projects as needed. Prior to Metal Services I spent 22 years of my career in the glass manufacturing industry and maintenance at Viracon in Owatonna Minnesota. I worked 4 years as maintenance technician where I specialized in fabrication projects throughout the building. Other daily tasks included preventative maintenance and breakdown maintenance throughout the facility as well as grounds maintenance around the 1.6 million square foot campus. Prior years within Viracon was entirely in leadership overseeing the daily production and coaching of the production line and crew members.
