The conference ambassador is responsible for general hospitality services for guests, facilities preparation, key management, outreach and engagement, support for non-affiliated university visitors, support programs working with minors, and enforcement of university policies.

The community assistant position serves as a student assistant at University Housing’s service desks. Through excellence in customer service, community assistants are responsible for completing desk responsibilities in a high-paced environment including checking residents in and out of the residential community, managing the mail and package system, supporting access and key management, and completing administrative responsibilities to support service desk and mail center operations
