My role involves overseeing the seamless coordination of operations to ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of rail services in the South-East Queensland network. I am passionate about enhancing the passenger experience and optimising operational procedures to meet the evolving needs of our communities.In addition to core operational responsibilities, I have additionally served in administrative roles including system coordination and administration management. In these roles I have honed my skills in system management, administration support, and process improvement.Beyond my professional duties, I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive workplace. I actively volunteer in diversity and inclusion initiatives within Queensland Rail, focusing on LGBTIQ+ and young rail professionals.
