Despite facing academic challenges, I persevered and decided to pursue MPC with JEE/IT coaching to fulfill my parents' aspirations. This decision was not easy for me, as I considered myself a below-average student at the time. However, my willingness to step out of my comfort zone and take on new challenges ultimately led to my personal growth and development.After several attempts, I successfully cleared my intermediate exams and went on to join Osmania University, where I pursued a BA in Psychology. Simultaneously, I began my professional career at Tech Mahindra, where I discovered my passion for operational leadership. My dedication to both my studies and my career was evident as I juggled multiple responsibilities with grace and determination.My journey took an exciting turn when, after just 11 months at Tech Mahindra, I was selected to participate in an onsite program in New Zealand. This opportunity provided me invaluable international exposure and allowed me to broaden my horizons both personally and professionally. My time in New Zealand was a transformative experience that shaped my perspective and further fueled my ambition to excel in my career.In addition to my BA in Psychology, I also pursued a BA in Christian Studies, showcasing my diverse interests and commitment to holistic personal development. I also completed my Masters in Psychology while continuing to excel in my role as an Operation Team Leader at Tech Mahindra.
