My past role was serving the Donor Engagement and Stewardship Department. Duties include: - Assist the Donor Engagement and Stewardship team within the USF Office of Development with administrative office support including mailings, data entry, records review, writing, creative projects, and additional projects and duties as assigned.- Work closely with members of the Donor Engagement and Stewardship team to manage a portfolio of projects and assist with larger departmental initiatives. Examples of projects include: preparing donor acknowledgment letters, supporting large-scale donor reports, writing projects, proofreading/editing copy, database work- entry, analytics, scheduling, and logistical planning for meetings and events, compiling and presenting information and working within our department, across the Development Division and, at times across campusWorking here has given me opportunities for professional development including training on the use of various programs and databases such as Salesforce, Banner, Google suite, and Microsoft programs.
