I was a manager at a car wash for 7 years. When you hear that, you turn away. I understand that, I felt the same way when I took the job. What you dont think about, is the daily interactions I have had with every single customer we get. I handle HR duties with customers and employees. I ensure that every customer is happy and every employee is happy and properly trained. I take every complaint, from customers or employees, very serious. I have increased sales by %15. I hire, train and inevitably, I fire people. I do it all. I schedule up to 40 employees daily and delegate tasks to ensure the highest quality possible. To do that I evaluate every employee, most of the time unknown to them. I put them where they need to be to succeed because if my employees succeed, my business succeeds. if my business succeeds, my customers win. It is the circle of business life, and I ensure it runs at the highest level possible. So what? Why are we here? I have a passion for technology. I build computers for friends, I assist in tech related support for friends and family. I enjoy helping people. So, its time to do both.Thanks for the time.
