Built a team of 11 to explore, innovate on, and scale digital capabilities in clinical design to support Lilly's desire to build accessibility (decentralization) and connected devices into clinical trials for both patient and site experience. Responsible for 23+ growing products/capabilities being either explored or scaled into clinical trials. Drove strategy to define and orchestration across these capabilities to drive to a more seamless experience for our end users. Enabled and supported key clinical trials with increased and focused staff engagement to ensure their success for key molecules.

Ran large programs and projects for Medicines Development IT in support of Clinical Operations. Responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery. Activities include leading and mentoring team members to deliver projects; communicating updates/issues to all appropriate parties; providing project and technical leadership; removing obstacles for execution teams; review/approve requirements & documentation; partnering with finance, legal, privacy, quality, and security teams as necessary for delivery; and monthly & yearly business planning and creating/maintaining budgets. Last 2 years of the role was leading the IT effort to transform/update/create new technologies to support moving from traditional clinical operations to decentralized trial operations. Responsible for supporting decentralized trial design, seven capability creation verticals, standing up/supporting all technology for a new organization to perform decentralized clinical service operations.
