As the marketing manager of our solutions portfolio, it's imperative we work collaboratively with all of our partners. It starts with educating both our sales team and customers by raising awareness around the solutions and their value proposition. We then nurture and engage with those interested customers based on an array of targeting analytics and metrics. The customer journey doesn't end after we have generated a lead, it's important to retain them and build on existing solutions. As we collect data, we develop campaigns that further differentiates us and fits the market by specialty, segment, setting of care and audience.
