- Manage the conversion & validation of clinical CCD and HL7 data from 6 EMR sources to the enterprise InnovAge Epic system. Legacy EMRs being converted span 18 locations across 5 states in 3 time zones.- Closely coordinate work between InnovAge analysts, the Epic team, legacy EMR vendors, and 3rd party data transformation partner (Harmony Healthcare IT) to extract, transfer, transform, load, and resolve clinical data into InnovAge Epic.- Primary ownership over multiple recurring workgroup meetings to involve clinical & business operations throughout all phases of the project, to escalate issues, and make key decisions.- Manage the conversion of Master Patient Index/demographic data from multiple “source of truth” systems; lead complicated reconciliation efforts involving Data & Analytics, HIM, and Medicare Compliance teams to clean up data before importing into Epic.- Lead planning for, and oversee implementation of, manual chart abstraction efforts: define scope, estimate costs, plan logistics, identify resources, coordinate access/training, track progress, and communicate shifts in priority.- Oversee implementation of InnovAge’s enterprise archive solution, powered by Harmony Healthcare IT, to memorialize Greenway PrimeSuite and CareVention/Mediture TruChart.- Lead cutover planning across an integrated IT workgroup to develop a step-by-step cutover plan to switch over to the new Epic system; lead the execution of the plan on cutover nights.- Track and communicate essential risks to InnovAge leadership (CMO, CIO, CNO, COO); develop materials for executive-level presentations.

- Collaborates with executive hospital leadership to facilitate governance and prioritization of IT projects aligned with the Business Systems Advisory Council; manages overall portfolio health- Oversees team of IT project managers supporting enterprise-wide site activations, acquisitions, moves, renovations, as well as multimillion-dollar capital construction projects- Leads inter-departmental collaboration group with the aim of efficiency and process standardization- Program managing a highly complex $36M IT integration program for 3 rural affiliate hospitals

- Led a cross-functional project team of 40+ members through 2 very successful major Epic upgrades (v2015 to v2017; then v2017 to vMay19). For both, worked closely with Communications to implement OCM methodologies to best prepare Operations for potentially disruptive feature updates- Managed complex go live logistics for an enterprise-wide Revenue Cycle system implementation (400+ scheduling locations spread out over a geographically disperse area)- Led conversion/cutover planning, data migrations, go live logistics, at-the-elbow support for 2 other separate affiliate hospital Epic rollouts

- Oversaw big bang implementation across 2 hospital ORs and 2 Ambulatory Surgery Centers - Merged two separate teams into one team of 7 cross-certified OpTime/Anesthesia analysts- Continuous improvement: led post-live efforts with Epic, physician champion, key stakeholders and project team to prioritize and implement backlog of optimization requests

- Designed, provisioned EMP security for 5,000+ users across 200+ locations- Specialty builder for Psychiatry, ENT, Audiology: worked with SMEs to build hundreds of SmartText templates, flowsheet rows, and other specialty tools- At direction of department leadership, created the Dept Deputy program from the ground up (prototype to Epic’s Physician Builder program):
