• Analysis of existing processes to enable continuous improvement. Responsible for:• Bills of Materials for various bespoke projects, revision control, inventory management, and liaison with suppliers and manufacturers for bespoke parts and services.• Management of all aspects of supply chain control including purchasing and allocation of costs to projects.• Creation and maintenance of systems which were ISO9000 compatible to cover and record movements of goods.(Company maintained a fleet of one off Ferrari and Bentley vehicles, restoration of historic vehicles including Ferrari and Aston Martin, and engaged in vehicle modification and prototyping work.)
