From a product development standpoint, I led the team that invented the foundational technology supporting the MushroomRoot product line – a first-of-its-kind meat alternative that combined nutrient density with best-in-class cost economics to support scale-up from zero to 8-figure revenues in just 12 months with retail distribution at 3600+ outlets nationwide.
