Justin has been assisting contractors, attorneys, insurance carriers, and business owners as a contractor and consultant for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge to each client he serves.Justin grew up in the construction industry. He began his career at a young age working for his father’s construction company. There, he gathered extensive firsthand education from his dad’s 35 years of experience as a licensed general contractor specializing in commercial and residential work. His role developed into the main project manager. Justin learned how to build a structure from the ground up – by doing it himself. After branching off from his father’s company, Justin owned and ran his own construction business for several years before entering into the building consulting industry in 2007. Justin began specializing in understanding how to properly estimate a loss in Xactimate while working as a restoration contractor in 2002.With over 20 years of experience, he expertly manages large complex losses throughout the United States. Justin is one of about 300 Xactimate Level 3 certified experts in the nation. Justin is also OSHA 10 certified. Justin has been certified as a Federal court expert on estimating and pricing in multiple cases. His advanced knowledge presenting complex multi-million dollar insurance estimates provides his clients peace of mind in knowing they have a highly skilled expert on their side. When he’s not working, Justin enjoys playing golf, camping and spending time with his wonderful wife, Sarah, and their two gorgeous daughters, Isabella and Kate.
