Act as the product owner of an Agile based team. Ensure that there is a clear vision of the product road map, and making sure that vision meets the requirements of clients. Constructing mock ups for the products UI to enable ease of use as well as functionality the users need. As the acting product owner, communication with the client and development team is the key to success.

As a Graduate Technology Assistant, I implement and manage data backup server for 75 faculty and staff in The School of Business Administration and anti-virus server for 300 Microsoft and Mac computers. Created and deployed computer images for 300 computers. I also manage Moodle, a Learning Management System, for 3055 faculty and students aiding with uploading, converting and troubleshooting classes in an on-line environment and administer distance learning for 4 faculty and 60 graduate students using Adobe Connect studying MBA foundational courses in an on-line environment. In addition, I provide technical assistance for software, hardware and networking issues for 100 faculty, staff and student employees in the administrative suite, program offices, private offices, laboratories and classrooms.Taught 5 faculty to use and provide instruction for iClickers. Upload grades from iClickers by use of CSV files translated from Excel.

As IT Central Student Manager I provided professional technical troubleshooting assistance for 15,642 students and 1,200 faculty and staff on issues including files not opening, computers not booting, malfunctioning printers, and email issues. Reset passwords for 1,200 faculty and staff domain accounts and configure email account settings on approximately 300 computers and set-up wireless network connections on over 500 student, faculty and staff laptop computers. In addition, I hired, trained and managed 13 student employees foundational technical skills, policy, procedure, FERPA confidentiality of records and how to manage technical troubleshooting in a higher-education environment. I was also in charge of scheduling student employee shifts that cover 45 hours per week of technical service and hosted 3 meetings per semester to create student projects, evaluate student employee performance, and evaluate customer service.

I provided support for the university’s' transition from Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) to Moodle and provide Blackboard and Moodle support for 831 faculty and 15,642 students, as well as provide technical support for weekend workshops, conferences, club meetings and seminars for both internal and external customers.
