• Responsible for overseeing all operations and maintenance-related functions on new large-scale Duke Energy program (utility scale batteries on power grid, including solar) providing effective work management including planning, scheduling and execution of O&M activities within a site or region.• Managed site maintenance following company guidelines and operating model, meeting available energy requirements, and ensuring planned activities are completed as scheduled. • Served as subject matter expert for technical expertise and business process guidance. • Supported change management and communications initiatives across all departments. • Built the country’s first regulated energy storage centralized operations center/program monitoring 8 energy storage/27 solar sites in 4 states (NC, SC, IN, FL). • Participated in Duke Energy’s Leadership Development Network. • Develop, modify, and update business or project process maps, as needed, in the approved process mapping tool (WebMethods) and generate appropriate file outputs for attachment to standard operating process.• Schedule and facilitate process development workshops to generate BPM deliverables including business or project process maps, Process RACI Matrices, documentation of related business requirements, documentation of risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions related to the process.• Support the decision-making process by entering key decisions resulting from process development workshops into the process requirement document. • Collaborate with SMEs during workshops to identify Job Aids or other required process requirements to support process and assign to the appropriate business unit or support service
