o Report to site Engineering manager.o Using project management tools to lead PCR projects and site level capital projects of assigned process area to improve process reliability and optimize manufacturing operations.o Assist with global capital project investment, actively involved in design review (3D model review, layout review, equipment data review from operational/maintenance point of view), new equipment manufacturing acceptance test，construction JWD and commissioning, raise finding in a timely manner to ensure good construction quality.o Lead improvements to eliminate Bad Actors, reduce PIRs o Utilize predictive tools, setup PM plan to minimize equipment failures and reliability issues.o Identify critical spare equipment / components and ensure they are maintained properly.o Provide expertise and coordination for the shutdown of equipment and systems.
