Justina Langone is a healthy living expert. In 2014 she graduated the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a bachelors in sports management and business. Thereafter she quickly began educating others on how to increase their quality and longevity of live as a personal trainer and health coach when she started her first business, Just Fit with Justina. As a continuation of the same mission statement and a desire to reach a larger audience, in 2018 Justina opened up The Remedy Exchange, a superfood cafe in Wakefield. Her next ventures includes nutrition talks with all of the local school, health and first responding departments as well as the creation of a foundation in memory of her father, Stephen Langone a 42-year Boston fireman who passed away in 2013 from cancer. The foundation's purpose will be to educate first-responders and give them resources for a proactive approach to fighting off occupational hazard damage.
