I have been in the Real Estate business since 2004. I began my career as a Loan Processor and then went on to get my Real Estate license in 2004. I worked as a loan and sales agent until 2007. When the market began its downturn I quickly realized I needed a new plan, and started my Transaction Coordination business. I learned that I really enjoyed creating order out of chaos and who better than an actual licensed agent to work on your files? I bring a different perspective that just a coordinator. I think of these files as my own. I understand the importance of timelines, organization and communication. All of these are things that help me assist you to get your files done, and done well. Throughout the changes in the market I have adapted. I have great knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area Real Estate market. I've dealt with many different types of transaction, REO, negotiations of short sales, Investments, etc. I truly know what it takes to get the job done.
