Selling and renting of both commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities:• Make and authorize payments to local companies.• Responsible for branch debtors.• Receipt cash payments.• Manage petty cash.• Record transactions and manage branch cash books.• Reconcile accounts on SAP and bank weekly.• Responsible for staff, ensure leaves are submitted. Assist with making credit notes.• Liaise with creditors, bank, debtors and external stakeholders.

Process client financial data and issue short-term and life policy.Collate, analyse sales data and prepare statistic report used to measure product performance Advice sales managers, agents and brokers on policy requirements Adhere to all regulatory requirements with Namfisa, ensure FIA requirements are met on all policy.Revise policy contract for correctness.Other administration work when and as required such as filling, sorting etc.
