July 2020 have taken over logistics NPI lead role responsibilities such as bill of material creation in MRP system, routings, material change control, etc.February 2019 was seconded to support preparation of two UK plants for Brexit. This included understanding of supplier base and courier readiness, customs compliance, product classification, bonded warehouse project, etc.

January 2016 was seconded to Inventory Controller/Materials Planner position for a period of 12 months, to support AX12 implementation.Core responsibilities: - Forecast and plan to ensure continuity of supply for both components and finished goods from the UK and overseas suppliers;- Ensure all stock limits are updated and maintained to reflect the changes in volume and mix within manufacturing and sales;- Plan product launches to ensure product availability and exit strategies to minimize obsolescence;- Manage the flow and stocks of free issue components to both UK and overseas suppliers;- Provide purchasing support for various projects in production;- Indirect procurement;- Material control and direct liaison for all suppliers;- Support for the Materials, Planning & Logistics Manager in delivery Supply Chain KPI’s;- Support and cover for the Materials Controller as required;- Investigate all stock related issues to satisfactory conclusion;- Examine Bill of Materials (BoMs);- Any other duties deemed reasonable, which reasonably correspond to the general character of the role and level of responsibility
