Launched the Aventon ebike line in the United States and led team to 400% growth during the pandemic. Driving eCommerce performance improvements and revenue growth at Avant Sports (manufacturer of the Aventon and 6KU complete bicycle lines). Our team is building great online experiences for consumers in the bicycle retail / sporting goods industry on the Shopify Plus ecommerce platform. Avant Sports' expanding family of bicycle lines includes Aventon ebikes, 6KU track and fixed gear bikes. In 2018 we launched the Aventon Pace electric bicycles line in the United States which was later named to Bicycling Magazine's list of award-winning bikes.

In this role I was tasked with improving business processes and helping departments communicate throughout Jenson USA, a leading online, catalog, and brick-and-mortar retailer of cycling equipment. I captured and addressed critical issues affecting customers and internal departments, then worked with individuals and teams to develop solutions to address them through training, process documentation, and process improvements.

In my role as Director of Sales and Marketing, I oversaw customer service and support, including telephone call center, email, and live chat; as well as advertising and promotion via email, print, and paid search marketing. I successfully used Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click Marketing (PPC) to drive search traffic to Jenson USA's ecommerce site. I also implemented two affiliate marketing channels (ShareASale and AvantLink) to drive revenue by partnering with online publishers of cycling related blogs, message boards, and shopping sites. Drove growth and revenue by increasing the volume of email subscribers and migrating from an in-house email solution to the BlueHornet Enterprise email service provider. Additionally I directed retail operations at two bicycle retail storefronts including P&L responsibility, product selection, hiring and operations. Jenson USA has twice been voted "favorite online retailer" by the readers of MTBR.com and is recognized as a leader in the industry for excellence in customer service, selection, and order fulfillment.

In this role I was responsible for online product presentation (product merchandising; including technical specs, copy, geometry/fit chart), Search Engine Optimization, paid search, and email marketing.

Provided visual look-and-feel for corporate websites. Performed consulting for SoCalGas and other entities. Designed print material for promotion at trade shows and other events.
