Designed and developed an application that allowed Update Packages to be downloaded on a PC and deployed to a Windows Phone over USB. Leveraged MTP and other protocols to use local device applicability targeting to detect applicable updates and retrieve Over-The-Air Windows Updates on a PC and deploy them locally via USB. Designed and delivered full UX flow for self-remediation.

Designed two models for migrating user data from Android devices to Windows Phone via Cloud and Bluetooth. Worked with a small, fun team of interns to migrate Contact data over Bluetooth via a custom protocol to read Contact files from an Android device and import them into a Windows Phone device.
