Graphic design and marketing have always been a passion of mine. For the past two years, I have been fortunate enough to have worked for UW-Whitewater's Athletic Department as a graphic designer. The opportunity gave me the necessary tools and connections to continue it as a profession post-grad. Because of this opportunity, I was also offered an internship opportunity with Ideal Printing based out of Verona, WI. Since being at Ideal Printing, they have allowed me to diversify my skills and make me proficient, if not advanced, in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. I have also gained more customer service experience because of the position. For school, I am studying Information Technology with a minor in Business Analytics at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, with an expected graduation in Spring 2023. Afterward, I plan on earning my Master's in Marketing the following year. I believe a background in IT and business analytics will equip me with the analytical tools to be an effective marketer.I also am active throughout campus by competing in cross country and track, where I serve as a leader. Also, I am on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). I volunteer with local organizations because of these two positions. Over the past four years, I have been fortunate to represent myself and the university on a local and national stage.
