Transferring to a new store and new team, as an experienced Sales Assistant, I was soon promoted to Senior Sales Assistant, which comes with all the administrative duties and responsibilities of the management team. Duties include, opening up and closing down the store, liaising with partner representatives, accepting and logging stock deliveries, counting and logging till floats, preparing money to be banked and advising sales assistants on stock management.Between March and July 2014 I was Acting Assistant Manager for the store, until a permanent replacement was trained up for the position.
