TeamIndus is building a spacecraft to land on the moon in late 2017 in a bid to win the $30 million Google Lunar XPrize, a global challenge to catalyse private enterprise in space exploration. The task at hand is to land on the moon, move 500 meters, while transmitting high-definition media from the lunar surface to earth. Landing on the moon has only ever been achieved by the United States, Russia and China. TeamIndus aims to be the next one in that club. TeamIndus is based in Bangalore, India.At TeamIndus, I lead the digital and content strategy with the objective of reaching the maximum number of people and getting them to engage with the mission. In addition, I work with the team to devise the overall marketing strategy.

Cupick is a community-driven platform for visual artists to showcase their work, sell as products, discover opportunities and collaborate with fellow creative professionals. In under 18 months of operation, Cupick has become the go-to platform for the creative community and hosts India's largest collection of high quality art.Over 7000 artists use the platform and have uploaded over 25,000 unique artworks which are available as prints, t-shirts, notebooks, coasters and other lifestyle products. In addition, we have collaborated with and executed campaigns for Titan, Ola, Wacom, Corel as well as film studios Phantom Films and Fox Star Studios (for films Bombay Velvet, Masaan). Cupick was selected as one of the Hot 100 Technology Startups of 2014 and raised $120,000 in June, 2015 toward tech and expanding of product line. As cofounder and head of marketing and growth, I devised and executed our strategy for acquiring users with a strong focus on organic growth through social media, relevant content, newsletters, strategic initiatives and collaborations as well as PR.
