Eligible startups partake in the immersive program at one of our eight global locations followed by ongoing support from a dedicated team of success managersAs the Deal Flow Manager, my responsibilities include:• Lead the deal flow and pipeline management across Microsoft for Startups and the ScaleUp program• Assist the Accelerator team in projects and initiatives• Provide the Managing Director with information regarding key metrics of the deal flow funnel• Build financial analyses for individual companies• Lead incubation initiatives and engagement with early-stage startups• Provide high-touch support and value for our portfolio companies• Responsible for the yearly team budget• Build partnerships with strategic partners, leading accelerators, incubators, VCs and innovation hubs to connect the best startups with the best resources from Microsoft
