After restructuration of Swedbank I was appointed to a different team and another role. We continued to work with PSD2 however, the business case consisted of implementing APIs of other banks in order to provide an aggregated and simplified API to a range of departments within the bank.My main role was to investigate PSD2 APIs, collect the needs from stakeholders and prepare requirements for the team accordingly. During the duration of my employment with Swedbank, I was volunteering for a Scrum Master’s role within the team as it was of interest and benefit to learn new skills and develop essential experience.

I was working in an international team with a mandatory project called PSD2 (second Payment Services Directive – a regulation adopted by EU). Our team was responsible for developing mandatory services APIs in 4 home markets (SE, EE, LV, LT).Within the first few months my responsibility was to implement only part of Sandbox (test environment). Shortly after, I was appointed to manage the whole project which involved over 50 employees in all 4 countries.

bit&Byte is a technology academy focusing on teaching, exploring, and deconstructing creativity through various technologies. My responsibility was to create new patterns in education and gather a community of technologists to become mentors for children.

Similarly to JSC ‘’OSOS’’, my main responsibilities consisted of gathering requirements from clients, analysis, evaluation of the budget and timeline, selling our services to clients, prototyping, recruiting staff, planning and overseeing the process of the project, identifying risks, creating and allocating tasks to the team, managing the progress of projects, managing the team and the stakeholders’ expectations, chairing meetings, testing and ensuring quality of projects, and supporting.Overall, my role demanded the commencement and conclusion of the projects to be carried out in a timely and sufficient manner. I would also oversee the staffing and management of the team.I worked with 4-8 projects at a time.
